Services Provided

We provide custom web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. Our focus is on delivering high-performance digital storefronts that drive local business growth.

Website Packages

We offer specific website packages including Launch, Expand, and Sell Online. Each package includes defined features such as page counts, custom design, and specific integrations. Any features or pages beyond the scope of the selected package may require additional fees or Care Credits. Our Referral Program also allows clients and non-clients to earn rewards for referring new business to any of our packages.

Website Care Plans

Our Website Care Plans are designed to keep your site secure, fast, and up-to-date. These plans include hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, and a monthly allotment of Care Credits.

Care Credits

Care Credits are used for website updates, additions, and maintenance tasks outside of standard bug fixes. They are included in our Care Plans and can also be purchased in bulk via Credit Packs. Monthly allocated credits do not roll over, while purchased Credit Packs remain valid until used.

Project Timelines

We strive to deliver projects within the estimated timelines provided during the strategy phase. However, timelines depend heavily on client responsiveness, content delivery, and feedback turnaround times.

Payments

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your proposal. We offer simple payment terms, including monthly and annual options for Care Plans. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 30 days past due.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of web design and development, we do not offer refunds on deposits or completed work. Subscription services like Website Care Plans can be canceled with 30 days' written notice, but previous months are non-refundable.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with powerful third-party platforms, including Shopify for e-commerce and our integrated CRM platform for lead capture and marketing automation. We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or policy changes of these third-party services.

Website Ownership

Upon final payment of your initial website build, you own the rights to the final website design and the content you provided. Dang Good Sites retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing necessary assets, copy (unless copywriting services are included), and timely feedback. You also guarantee that you own or have permission to use any text, images, or assets you provide to us.

Intellectual Property

Any custom code, frameworks, or proprietary tools developed by Dang Good Sites remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for use on your website.

Limitation of Liability

Dang Good Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volume, or sales results.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
