Referral Program Terms
We love it when you spread the word! These terms explain how our referral program works and how you get rewarded for sending new business our way.
Eligibility
Anyone can participate in our referral program! You do not need to be an active client of Dang Good Sites to refer someone and earn rewards.
Referral Process
To make a valid referral, you must share your unique referral link or have the referred party enter your specific referral code when claiming their discount. Referrals must be submitted before the new client signs a contract or makes a purchase.
Referral Rewards
For every successful referral that signs a contract and completes their initial payment with us, you will receive the reward specified on our Referral Program page. Rewards are tiered based on the package the referred client purchases.
Reward Limits
There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make or the total amount of rewards you can earn. The more businesses you help, the more you earn.
Payment Timing
Referral rewards are processed and paid out within 30 days after the referred client has completed their first project payment or subscription charge.
Referral Tracking
We use our integrated CRM platform to accurately track all referral links and codes. You can reach out to our team at any time to check the status of your successful referrals.
Discount Rules
Referred clients receive a discount on their initial purchase as advertised. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or applied retroactively to past purchases.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to investigate and disqualify any referrals that we believe, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, self-referrals, or in violation of these terms.
Program Changes
Dang Good Sites reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to reward amounts will not affect referrals that have already been submitted and verified.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on the referral rewards you receive. If required by law, we may request tax information (such as a W-9) before issuing high-value payouts.
