Website Care Agreement
Our Website Care Plans are designed to keep your site fast, secure, and up-to-date. This agreement details what is included and how we handle support requests.
Overview
This Website Care Agreement outlines how Dang Good Sites supports, maintains, and updates your website after launch. Our goal is to ensure your website remains secure, fast, and aligned with your business goals.
What's Included
Depending on your selected Website Care Plan, services may include premium hosting, daily cloud backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, core software and plugin updates, and a monthly allotment of Care Credits for website updates.
What's Not Included
Our Care Plans do not cover major structural redesigns, custom feature development, third-party software subscription costs (unless explicitly stated), or SEO content creation. These services can be quoted separately or completed using Care Credits if applicable.
Care Credits
Care Credits are the currency used for website updates, additions, and minor design tweaks. Each task requires a specific number of credits based on its complexity.
Monthly Care Plans
Clients on an active Website Care Plan receive a set number of Care Credits each month. These credits are automatically deposited into your account on your billing date.
Support Requests
All support and update requests must be submitted through our official Support page. This ensures requests are tracked, documented, and completed efficiently.
Response Times
We aim to acknowledge all support requests within 24 business hours. The completion time for updates depends on the complexity of the request and your priority support tier.
Emergency Support
If your website experiences critical downtime or a severe security issue, please contact us immediately. Emergency support is prioritized above standard requests to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
Unused Care Credits
Monthly Care Credits included in your Website Care Plan do not roll over to the next month. They must be used within the billing cycle.
Additional Care Credit Purchases
If you run out of monthly credits, you can purchase additional Care Credit Packs at any time. Unlike monthly credits, purchased Credit Packs do not expire and remain on your account until used.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Website Care Plan at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, all remaining Care Credits will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for migrating your website hosting.
Liability
Dang Good Sites is not liable for website issues caused by client-installed plugins, third-party service outages, or unauthorized code modifications made by the client or other agencies.
