The Daily Grind had a strong local following but struggled to handle morning rush orders efficiently and didn't have a clear digital menu.

We mapped out the morning customer journey and found that speed and convenience were the top priorities for commuters.
03 / Strategy
We built a warm, community-focused site with an Interactive Drink Finder to help new customers and a streamlined online ordering system to reduce wait times.

We started The Daily Grind with a simple mission: to create a space where the community could gather over exceptionally well-crafted coffee.
Every bean we brew is ethically sourced and locally roasted. But beyond the coffee, we're proud of the connections made within these walls. This is your neighborhood spot.
