Cedar & Co is a home services outfit that does clean, reliable work. When something breaks at home, owners search on a phone, skim the top results, and call whoever looks credible and available. Cedar's old site was slow, hard to read on a phone, and buried the phone number below a wall of stock photos. They were losing jobs to competitors who were not better, just faster to call.
The challenge
Home services leads are won and lost in seconds. A homeowner with a leak is not reading your company history. They want to know you cover their town, you are licensed, and they can reach you right now. Cedar's site made all of that hard. The phone number was not prominent, the service areas were unclear, and the site loaded slowly enough to lose the impatient. The owners were busy on jobs and did not have time to babysit a website.
